Curbside Pick-up and In-Store Shopping

Bizzy Buzz Artisan Market offers free curbside pickup during regular store hours, as well as the standard shipping options such as USPS and FedEx. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. You will see all of these options at check-out.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if you are less than satisfied you have 30 days from the original purchase to return your purchase. Food, beverage, Bath & Body products, Florals, Seasonal decorations, and Fine Art (identified as Fine Art No Returns on the product page) are not returnable. Returned products must be in new condition.  Credit Card sales receive a credit to their credit card for the product cost less the return shipping cost. Cash Sales in store receive an in-store credit. Purchases made in November and December can be returned by January 7th of the next year to accomodate for your holiday returns. Please call 248-726-7707 or email us at biz@bizzybuzzart.com to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please have your invoice number ready. We will email you a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned product we will issue the credit. Product must be received within 30 days from the original purchase date and must be in new condition. If a product is damaged we will need you to email us a picture of the damaged product to biz@bizzybuzzart.com.

Shipping

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order, plus shipping. USPS takes 1-3 days to ship. Fed Ex Ground takes 1-5 days within the contiguous US. Please allow for longer shipping times durring the holidays due to Fed Ex and USPS delays.

Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, if that Monday is a holiday then the order will be processed on Tuesday.

Currently orders are only shipped within the contiguous United States.

Sales Tax

Please note out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. In state (Michigan) orders will be charged a 6% sales tax.

Privacy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.  You should see a padlock symbol and "https" in the website address upon checkout.  This is how you know our site is using an SSL.
